Rachelle Marie Eason is a Certified Professional Coach, leadership consultant, and founder of Rachelle Marie Coaching & Consulting. She helps entrepreneurs and professionals shift from exhaustion to inspiration—creating sustainable success through alignment, resilience, and purpose.
Drawing on more than two decades as an attorney and leader in her community, Rachelle blends the science of positive psychology with the art of energy leadership to help clients reclaim their vitality and lead with authenticity. Her holistic approach integrates mind, body, and spirit—empowering clients to manage stress, improve well-being, and live with clarity and confidence.
Rachelle is a doctoral student at Antioch University’s PhD in Leadership and Change program, where her research explores how entrepreneurs and professionals can “burn bright” rather than burn out. She holds multiple certifications in transformational nutrition, the psychology of eating, and COR.E Wellbeing, Leadership, and Transitions Dynamics.
When she’s not coaching or speaking, Rachelle leads with heart in her local community as an attorney, mediator, and long-time Rotary Club member and past president. She believes true leadership begins with self-leadership—and that a well-lived life is one rooted in purpose, balance, and joy.
